Oatmeal Protein balls!!


Hiiii. Woohooo this is my first recipe blog post. Of course, we're going to keep it simple and start with a snack 😆 For the past months, I've been all about looking for simple and basic ways to get more protein into my diet. Here's my lazy girl version of oatmeal protein balls.


Ingredients used in this video:

Oatmeal (I used rolled oats)

PBFit peanut butter powder

Protein powder (I used Legion's Mocha Cappuccino protein powder)

Cocoa powder

Chia seeds

Chocolate chips

Honey


Adjust the measurements to your own liking!

Tip: Mix your dry powders with water to form a paste before adding it to your mixing bowl :)

  1. Add your ingredients to a large bowl

  2. Mix (I shouldn't have to say this but I will anyways: wash your hands)

  3. Roll (I used a food scale and weighed out 2 oz for each ball)

  4. Refrigerate (for ~at least~ 1 hour so all the ingredients can stick together)

  5. Enjoy!
